Collection of personal information
Personal Information is information about you that identifies you as an individual, for example, your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
CulturePlex_Lab_Site does not collect personal information that you could voluntarily provide to us through responses to surveys, search functions, questionnaires, feedback, Tell Your Story forms and the like. CulturePlex_Lab_Site neither offer health assessment tools that ask you to provide self-assessment information nor ask you to provide additional information in exchange for additional services, information, participate in a contests or to resolve complaints or concerns.
